Winnings and available balances may be withdrawn subject to the conditions set out in this section. winmayam8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests as promptly as possible.

winmayam8 will process withdrawals only to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. winmayam8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winmayam8's liability for: death or personal injury caused by winmayam8's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by winmayam8; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
winmayam8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winmayam8 collects personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have provided consent. winmayam8 does not sell personal data to third parties.

winmayam8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds held in the account are forfeited. Real-money funds not subject to dispute will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable period, less any amounts owed to winmayam8.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the winmayam8 support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

winmayam8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a notice on the winmayam8 website homepage at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect — except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive, in which case they take effect without prior notice.
Continued use of the winmayam8 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
